Reveal 2021

Reveal is a tech conference that shares Coupang's technical experience and culture. Reveal 2021, the second of its kind since 2020, consists of two tracks: Wow the Customer and Demand Excellence, delivering a richer story of Coupang, challenging and innovating toward endless customer satisfaction. To better communicate the purpose of this conference, the BX team designed the entire brand experience with the concept of ‘unboxing,’ which implies the moment customers order goods with apps and receive packages at the door.

Reveal은 쿠팡의 기술 경험과 문화를 공유하는 테크 컨퍼런스입니다. 2020년에 이어 두 번째로 개최된 Reveal 2021은 Wow the Customer, Demand Excellence 두 트랙으로 구성되어 끝없는 고객 만족을 향해 도전하고 혁신하는 쿠팡의 이야기를 풍성하게 전달합니다. 컨퍼런스의 취지를 더 잘 전달하기 위해, BX팀은 고객이 앱으로 물건을 주문하고 문 앞에 택배를 받는 순간까지의 감동을 함축하는 ‘언박싱(Unboxing)’이라는 컨셉으로 브랜드 경험 전체를 설계했습니다.

In Reveal 2021, two design sessions were also unveiled. In the ‘Lightspeed-Global Quick Commerce Launch’ session, Coupang's design team's work culture and key achievements were discussed through its experience in launching overseas services, and in ‘RDS, Design System Optimized for E-commerce,’ we talked about the efficiency of the design system and ‘Nudge’, one of its design patterns. The BX team produced the entire video to better communicate the contents of the session.

Reveal 2021에는 두 개의 디자인 세션도 공개되었습니다. ‘초고속 해외 퀵커머스 런칭’ 세션에서는, 쿠팡 디자인팀의 업무 문화와 주요 성과를 해외 서비스 런칭의 경험을 통해 이야기했고, ‘이커머스에 최적화된 디자인 시스템, RDS’에서는 이머커스 관점으로 바라본 디자인 시스템의 효율성과, 이를 보여주는 디자인 패턴 중 하나인 '넛지'에 대한 이야기를 다뤘습니다. BX팀은 세션 내용을 더 잘 전달하기 위해 전체 영상 프로듀싱을 진행했습니다.
